Notification must be in writing, we cannot accept notifications of change of address over the telephone. Please use the online change of address form, post in a change of address form or fax to 02 9840 9734.
If your current postal address is different from the address shown on the front of the Rate Notice, please notify us immediately in writing by fax, post or email.
If you have an agent managing your property they may advise us directly in writing on your behalf.
