Quarterly Management Plan Review

Every two months at the end of each quarter the General Manager reports to Council about how the performance targets set by Council's Management Plan are met.

Governance

Holroyd Council provides a Governance Report to the public at the end of each financial year.

The report contains performance indicators for each section of Council and acts as a scorecard which residents can use to measure Council against the targets adopted in the City Management Plan as well as industry standards.
