Council Meeting Dates

Ordinary Council Meetings occur from 6.30pm on the first, second and third Tuesday of every month in the Council Chambers at 16 Memorial Avenue, Merrylands.

A copy of the business paper for each meeting is available on the Friday afternoon preceding the meeting in Council libraries and as an online business paper.

In addition to Ordinary Council the following Committees are normally considered by Council on the first and third Tuesdays:

Development and Community Services
Finance and Works
Traffic

These meetings are open to the public and all members of the community are welcome.

Ordinary Council Meeting Dates for 2008 - 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month

7 October, 21 October
4 November, 18 November
2 December, 16 December

Council's Ordinary Meeting held on the second Tuesday considers matters referred to the Committee of the Whole relating to confidential issues. Committee of the Whole matters are not open to the public. This is generally the only business considered on this night.
