
Council has reviewed procedures for conducting its meetings and has approved the public exhibition of an amended Draft Code of Meeting Practice to apply within Holroyd City Council.
As required by law, Council invites submissions on any aspect of the Draft Code.
Submissions are to be in writing and received by Council no later than 9 March 2012.

Submissions received will be the subject of a report to an Ordinary Meeting of Council.
The Draft Code has been prepared incorporating requirements of the Local Government Act 1993, the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 and other relevant sources.
Copies of these documents will also be available at Council’s Libraries as well as Customer Services at 16 Memorial Avenue, Merrylands.
