Holroyd's Ute Extravaganza
Thank you to all Ute owners who participated in the 2012 Ute Extravaganza, and congratulations to the winners.
The next Holroyd Ute Extravaganza will be held on Saturday 18 August 2012.

Rules & Guidelines:
- Gates open for competitors between 10:00am – 2:00pm.
- Judging takes place between 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
- Pre-register using the online form on this page or register on the day between 12:00pm -2:45pm.
- Engines are not to be run during the event (5:30pm – 9:15pm). Exceptions for entrants in ‘Loudest and Proudest’ category when asked by Marshal in judging times only.
- Vehicles must remain stationary in allocated display area between 3:00pm and 9:00pm.
- Entrants will receive an entrant card which must be displayed on the dashboard whilst exhibiting.
- Entrants will park within their category section. Once parked entrants must not start their engines, unless asked by the Marshal if entered in the ‘Loudest & Proudest’ competition only.
- Please be aware that there will be members of the public walking through the event area.
- Police will be present throughout the event.
- Inappropriate behavior and driving in or around the venue WILL NOT be tolerated.
- Burnouts are NOT permitted.
- Revving of engines is NOT permitted. (Unless asked by marshal if entered in ‘Loudest & Proudest’ competition.
- There is a speed limit of 5kph and all road rules apply on the grounds.
- Holroyd City Council reserves the right to disqualify entrants.
- The judges ruling is final and discussion will not be entered in to.
- Vehicles that are driven to the venue must be street legal; any vehicles that are not street legal must be towed to and from the venue. There is trailer parking available at the venue.
- Entrants are responsible for their own vehicle through out the event.
- Holroyd City Council is not liable for your vehicle and entry is at your own risk.
- All cars must have exhaust fitted at all times.
- Vehicle bodies must have no accident damage or major corrosion issues.
- Tyres must be approved for legal use on the road and correctly fitted to legal rims. Racing slicks and burn out tyres are not permitted.
- In submitting a registration application you agree to participate in a responsible and respectful manner towards the location surface and facilities, event patrons, other entrants and their vehicles.
- This registration also indicates that you agree that Holroyd City Council shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage to yourself, vehicle or property that may be sustained or incurred as a result of your participation.
