Event Stall Holder Applications

Please complete the stall application form if you wish to apply to hold a stall at any of Holroyd's events in 2012.

Street Stall for Organisations or Charities

If you are raising money for your organisation or charities you may be able to hold a street stall.

Charitable, volunteer and support groups are able to hold three street stalls in Holroyd each calendar year.

Locations for stalls are:

Rotary Kiosk, McFarlane Street, Merrylands
Aurelia Street, Pendle Hill
Station Street, Wentworthville
Toongabbie

The Rotary Kiosk is a self-contained building but stall holders must provide all their own furniture for the other locations. Pedestrian traffic must not be unduly hampered by the stall.

Bookings are on a 'first come first served' basis and can be made for the current and next calendar year.

To obtain permission phone 02 9840 9840 and select dates and complete the permit application form.

Advertising Banners

Community based events can apply to use Council's advertising banner poles in Greystanes and Toongabbie. Applications must be made in writing, and charges apply.
