Event Stall Holder Applications

Please complete the stall application form if you wish to apply to hold a stall at any of Holroyd's events in 2012.

Please note that this is only an application form to hold a stall at Holroyd events, and if your application is successful you will be notified by letter at least 2 months prior to each event. You will also receive an invoice with your notification letter for the stall fees due. Please ensure you agree with the terms and conditions of the event stall application prior to submitting the application form.

Sustainable Events and Stall Holders

Holroyd City Council has recently adopted a new Sustainable Event Management Policy to encourage everyone involved to ensure mores sustainable events through encouraging everyone involved to consider the following areas when planning and implementing events:

  • Waste minimisation
  • Resource recovery
  • Energy and water efficiency
  • Biodiversity conservation
  • Greenhouse gas abatement

Food handlers must comply with all safety and food regulations as outlined by the NSW Food Authority. Stall holders are strongly discouraged from using the following at any council event:

  • Caged eggs
  • Imported water for sale and/or consumption
  • Helium balloons (regular air to inflate balloons tired to a stick)
  • Plastic bags

Please use the following relevant checklist to advise Council how you will ensure your practices are sustainable. We do not expect you to tick all boxes.
