
Please complete the stall application form if you wish to apply to hold a stall at any of Holroyd's events in 2012.
Please note that this is only an application form to hold a stall at Holroyd events, and if your application is successful you will be notified by letter at least 2 months prior to each event. You will also receive an invoice with your notification letter for the stall fees due. Please ensure you agree with the terms and conditions of the event stall application prior to submitting the application form.
