Children at the Library
Holroyd Library has lots of material suitable for children at any developmental stage. There is a fantastic toy library which allows you to borrow one of 1000+ toys every fortnight.

Special activities such as storytimes and crafts run weekly and there are school holiday programs.
Activities are free and held at all branches.
Bubba Time - For children from birth - 24 months
Reading is important for every child and it's never too early to start. Bring your child to our sessions for songs, rhymes, reading and fun. Each session runs for 15-20 minutes, and it's fine if your child is unable to sit still.

Preschool Storytime - For children 3 - 5 years
Each 45 minute session includes stories, songs and a simple craft. Group bookings are available by ringing 9840 9960. Information is available in Arabic, Chinese, Tamil and Vietnamese.

Busy Bee Club - For children 0 - 5 years
Every child who attends a Bubba Time or Storytime session can join the Busy Bee Club, just ask your storyteller.
Children get a log card and receive a sticker and a colouring sheet to take home if they borrow items after a Bubba Time or Storytime. Once their log card is full of stickers they get a certificate.
All full log cards go into a twice yearly prize draw.
Midweek Madness - For children 6 - 12 years
This activity group meets every Wednesday for games, craft, computer sessions and loads more.
