Park & Sportsground Hire

Sporting Grounds

To hire a sportsground please check the contact number sheet to see who you need to call for that particular field. Fees can be found in Council's fees and charges. Then complete the sportsground booking form or the tennis court booking form.

There is a policy for fitness groups using public spaces. Potential users should read the policy prior to filling out the fitness groups/personal trainers application form to see if they are eligible. The completed application form is then to be submitted to Council for assessment.

Tennis Courts

Council has several tennis courts located throughout the Holroyd Local Government Area. Locations and contacts details are provided on the contact number sheet.

To hire a tennis court please use the tennis court booking form.

Parks

Areas within Central Gardens are available to the public to hire for private use. The fee depends on the event and venue.

Anyone wishing to hire the parks must apply in writing. Fees must be paid before the day of use. For more information on hiring phone Customer Service on 9840 9840.

Central Gardens

Large groups can reserve either the Pinaroo or Yarrabee picnic areas. Both have electric barbeques and facilities, and the facilities near Yarrabee also have hot water and washing up facilities. Pinaroo accomodates 100 people and Yarrabee up to 200 people.
