State of Environment Reporting

Under the Local Government Act 1993, Council is required to prepare a State of Environment Report for each financial year.

The first State of Environment Report produced after an election of Councillors must be a comprehensive report. State of Environment Reports produced in intervening years may either be a comprehensive or supplementary report.
