There are several reasons why Cycling is a great exercise.

As part of the Healthy Holroyd Project, Holroyd Council will be offering Austcycle bike training for residents at low cost or free of charge*.
The training will be held in Holroyd Gardens, Pitt Street Merrylands starting in November.
