The service operates from a triple classroom, which means there is always lots of activities and space for children to choose from.

Staff aim to provide children with age appropriate activities which reflect their interests. Children are encouraged to develop their social skills and independance.

"The staff are very friendly and courteous. I have been using this service for about 4 years now and I don’t have a single complaint. The staff genuinely seem to love what they are doing and this makes me feel good as I know my child will be well looked after. I can see this in my child too as she looks forward to going there. On one occasion when I had to find a carer/Long Day Care Centre for my 18mth old baby, I remember how the Coordinator in particular, went out of his way to help me and I’ll always be grateful.

"The programs they have during vacation care are good and keep my child well entertained. Ringrose OOSH is a great service and a reliable one too."

Just a short note to thank you and your staff at Ringrose OOSH for the good care that was provided to Rhiannon the past two weeks.

Rhiannon really enjoyed herself while at the centre. From her conversations we know that she had a great time and looked forward to the next day. I am sure she was kept busy, had fun and at the same time learned a lot.

Being a very active child, the centre was able to divert a lot of that energy to learning and at the same time having an enjoyable experience, making friends and improving her social skills which will help her when she soon starts school for the first time.

All this no doubt due to yours and the staff’s efforts and good planning. It speaks volumes of your management style and the quality of your staff.

On behalf of my wife Judy & myself I would like to say a big “THANK YOU” to you, your staff and the Holroyd Council for setting up such a wonderful programme at the centre.
