For children aged 0-6 years

In the time that my 2 boys have been at Wenty Children’s Centre I have seen them grow from little children into intelligent and happier children. They look forward to going to ‘school’ 3 days a week. As soon as we mention the word ‘school’ they become very excited as they are going to meet up with their friends and teachers.
The staff at the centre are amazing people. I have never met such dedicated, inspiring, patient and most of all, loving people in a child care centre before. They have looked after every single need of my children and more.
The facilities are excellent and the renovations have added extra space and an open atmosphere for wet weather and hot conditions.
I always recommend Wenty Children’s Centre to people. It is a place I feel confident with where my children are safe in a learning environment that caters for their every need. Thank you.

We have been using the Wenty Children’s Centre for the past 2 years as a preschool type service for my son Harrison. He has thoroughly enjoyed his time at the centre and has made some wonderful friends. He has also become very attached to the teachers who have given their time, encouragement and full attention to each child and their individuality. Each child has been able to grow, explore and expand their own feelings through play, activities and interaction with each other. The environment which the centre offers has a great outdoor area which includes a sensory area, vegetable garden, fort, sandpit and a gazebo area. A full outdoor covered area allows the children to eat, play and be active outside even during the rainy season. The centre also caters a wide range of foods to help the children explore their taste buds and birthday’s can also be celebrated with their friends.
We have made some wonderful friends at the centre and with a parent & teacher outing at the end of the year it was nice way to end our time at the centre.
The Centre also has a fantastic School Readiness Program which they work closely with Ringrose Public School and OOSH Services. This has allowed our children to really gain a full understanding of the school transition and I feel they are very well prepared. The Fundraising which the centre does throughout the year is also great and we have done some wonderful fun things. We are now really looking forward to our son’s Graduation Night where the kids dress up and are presented their Certificates. Thanks for Everything.

It is with absolute confidence that I would recommend Wenty Children’s centre as a care facility for your child. I have been attending the centre over 6 years for my three children and have always been met by friendly and professional staff. My children have been made to feel valued and worthy. Their needs have always been met with kindness and understanding. The staff welcome input from parents and do a wonderful job in creating a safe, nurturing and interesting care facility for the children. Communication within the centre is up to date and easy to access. Faculties are clean, resources for the children are age appropriate and encourage exploration and independent learning…there is a wonderful sense of care within the centre.

From Monday’s to Friday’s my son’s week is a mix of Holroyd Council Family Day Care and Wenty Children’s Centre. Both forms of care are run in a professional and caring environment. Mathew LOVES going to care! He plays and learns with children in his own age group and who are from a variety of cultural backgrounds. This has prepared him well for ‘big school’ next year. We are so pleased to have been part of the partnership with Holroyd Council’s Children’s services that we are going to continue with this high level of care by enrolling Mathew in OOSH (Ringrose) for when he goes to school next year. I can highly recommend Holroyd Children’s Services to any parent looking for a safe, caring and fun environment for their child to attend.

We have found the staff wonderful and extremely warm and caring. Attending day care has in no doubt contributed to our daughter’s development. She loves to interact with other children and adults; she is inquisitive and always learning new things, many of them from day care such as new songs, the whole alphabet etc.
We looked at several centre’s when we were expecting and WCC was far the best – it was warm and welcoming, the staff friendly and caring. We knew this was were we wanted to send our child.
Every day when we pick up Alex and discuss her day she is animated and excited to tell us all the things she has done and experienced.
The centre feels like an extension of our family, they have a genuine interest in Alex and her development. We have found the staff extremely helpful in developing “plans of attack” for milestones such as toilet training, and no nappy at nap time; it has really helped for the same approach to be made at home and at day care.
I cannot recommend the centre highly enough; we know that any addition to our family will also be a WCC kid!

My daughter Ela is 2.5 years old now and she has been attending Wenty Childrens Centre for the past year. I enrolled her initially for 1 day a week, and then increased it to 3 days a week.
Words aren’t enough for me to describe how fantastic this centre is, how wonderful the staff are and how extremely supportive they are to mothers leaving their kids for the first time to return to work. The staff all the way from the Director Salam, to the ladies in the Sunshine room Vanessa, Sina, Prabhleen & Hong have been so amazing in making my daughter feel safe, fulfilled and happy. They provide personal care, they are extremely attentive and it is abundantly clear that they aren’t just “doing their jobs”.. but they genuinely care. They are always loving and always attentive and always caring…….. They never seem to have an off day!
My daughter who has had speech difficulties has improved tenfold since being in the centre as the staff have taken personal time and care to encourage her speech whilst also giving me regular updates on how she is progressing.
Finally, having your toddler running up the door of her childcare with sheer excitement, is a testament to the amazing things that are going on in there.
I personally cannot speak highly enough of the centre and staff that bring it all together. I am just grateful that my little girl has the opportunity to be a part of it.

"My son attended Wenty Children’s Centre for the past five years. During his full-time stay at Wenty I found the care taken towards my son extremely positive. The staff treated my son with respect and taught my son with respect and taught him many things including social interactions, cooking skills, pre-math skills and hygiene + health skills.
"The meals that were prepared for my son were varied and he was always offered other alternative food if he did not like what was on the menu; which was a healthy well balanced menu. My son formed many special friendships with staff as well as his peers.
"He was always happy and contented to attend the centre and was full of exciting stories to tell me at the end of his day. My son started school this year and often asks me to take him back to visit the centre which we on a regular basis."

"I am a mother of three children. Like many parents I was hesitant when it came to looking for a child care centre. Wenty kids was recommended by a friend of my mums. I couldn’t be more pleased that I followed her advice. The staff at the centre are always meticulous in their care, attentive to the children, friendly to the families. The centre is always clean, with activities always set out for the children.
"The children are always care for and watched over. The staff and the children interact in such a happy secure way each delighting in new events, accomplishments and growing friendships.
"My children always enjoy going to daycare and have built a wonderful rapport with the staff. I feel like I am leaving my children with a bunch of friends and that is a fantastic feeling."

"I was in need of an appropriate childcare facility that would provide positive social and learning experiences for my young son. Wenty Children’s Centre was recommended to me after speaking to friends and acquaintances within the community. We visited the centre and my son and I were both made to feel very welcome. The staff were openly friendly and I could see that they were genuinely interested in the wellbeing of each child.
"The children appeared to be happy and relaxed in the environment and there was a good range of suitable activities to keep them engaged. My son now attends Wenty Children’s Centre on a twice a weekly basis and I have always found the experienced staff to be caring, informative and flexible to my needs. They are always willing to discuss any problems and provide honest and detailed feedback on my son’s progress and most importantly have made his transition to time away from me so much easier."
