School Holiday Program Booking Form - Single Digits

Holroyd City OOSH services are designed to cater for school children aged between 5 - 13 years, who require care during the school holiday period.

The program is based around recreational activities. The centres aim to provide children with fun and safe experiences

To enrol your child/children into one of our School Holiday Programs: Guildford West, Guildford West, Ringrose in Greystanes, Parramatta West in Parramatta West and Sherwood Grange in Merrylands please complete the online form below.

Please use the child care waiting list form for normal care services. If you have problems filling out the online form use the paper booking form.

The proposed cost of care is $42 per day. Most days will include an activity or excursion these costs are included in the cost of care. Check the program to see what activities are planned.

CCB Estimator

This calculator will provide a per-child estimate of the child care benefit deduction you are eligible for, and the remainder you will need to pay. You will need from Centrelink the number of hours you can claim, and your percentage. If you have more than one child, use that higher percentage.
