Timehelp Holroyd is a community program that links senior volunteers to our younger generation through a range of weekly projects in a local state school near you. Activities include reading help, library support, gardening and grounds maintenance, helping migrant children with literacy and numeracy, art and sport activities and many other needs identified by the schools.
You dont need any special skills, just a desire to make a difference to the lives of young people and a couple of spare hours each week or fortnight.
Volunteers receive training, a complimentary uniform, regular newsletter and social functions.
