Draft Holroyd LEP & DCP
The public exhibition period for the Draft LEP and Draft DCP finished on 17 December 2010.
The submissions received have been reviewed and those relating to the Draft LEP were reported to the extraordinary meeting of Council on 31 May 2011.
In accordance with the resolutions of this meeting, the necessary changes were made to the Draft LEP and these were placed on public exhibition from Wednesday, 13 July to Wednesday, 31 August 2011.
Matters relating to the Draft DCP will be considered separately at a future meeting of Council.
