Council's Town Planners and Building Surveyors are available to discuss applications with applicants and residents between 8:00am to 9:30am and 3:45pm to 4:30pm daily.
For general development/building enquires Council's DA Lodgements and Enquiries Officers are available between 9:30am to 1:00pm daily on 9840 9840.
New application lodgements will not be accepted after 4:00pm daily.

Development Services is responsible for building and development control. Core functions of the team include assessment of development applications, construction certificates, building certificates, tree removal applications, construction inspections and fire safety upgrading.
Strategic Planning prepares various plans, policies and strategies to guide land use and development in a way that meets the needs of the current and future population and protects & enhances valuable attributes of the built and natural environment. It is responsible for Council’s LEP and DCP, heritage matters, Section 94 Developer Contributions and Section 149 Planning Certificates.
