Development and planning in Holroyd is managed by the Environmental and Planning Services Department. This department develops, manages and enhances Holroyd's built and natural environment and sustains public health on behalf of Council and the Community. The two sections predominantly responsible for development and planning in Holroyd are the Development Services section and the Strategic Planning section.
The Development Team is staffed by Building Surveyors, Town Planners, Tree Management Officers and associated staff and is responsible for building and development control within Holroyd.
